Shipping Policy
Simon-Hartman London LTD offers several shipping options for our customer's convenience. We offer free standard shipping on all pre-orders for our UK customers. Please allow up to 15 business days before your pre-order is shipped out. We will endeavour to process your pre-order before the 15 days where possible but want to be safe as some of our items are made to order. For those clients who need their orders in a hurry, Simon-Hartman London LTD does offer priority shipping. Please allow between 7 to 10 business days for these shipments. Priority UK shipping starts from £35.00, with the final price dependent upon the quantity and weight of the item/s.
Simon-Hartman London LTD is an international brand with global appeal and offers international shipping to cater to clients living outside of the UK. For all standard international pre-orders please allow up to 15 business days to process your order. We will endeavour to process your pre-order before the 15 days where possible but want to be safe as some of our items are made to order. The cost of selecting standard international shipping for pre-orders is £15.00. For those clients who need their orders in a hurry, Simon Hartman London LTD does offer priority international shipping. Please allow between 7 to 10 business days for these shipments. Priority International shipping starts from £45.00, with the final price dependent upon the quantity and weight of the item/s.
Return & Exchange Policy
Simon-Hartman London LTD accepts returns and exchanges on our BOUTIQUE items only. If a client does have a return, we kindly ask that they fill out the back of the receipt along with their return as the team at Simon-Hartman London LTD would like to know the reason for the return so to better serve our clients with future orders and products. Please take care before trying on your Simon-Hartman order as each item is carefully inspected, folded and packed by a member of the Simon-Hartman London LTD team with the utmost care and delicacy. All team members who process orders wear gloves when handling Simon-Hartman product. Once we receive your return, we will process and issue either an exchange for the same item or store credit in the amount of the return. Please be advised that Simon-Hartman London LTD does not offer refunds on Boutique items.
Simon-Hartman London LTD crafts each couture piece as made to measure and works to the exact specifications as supplied by our clients. Because of this, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on our COUTURE products.
