refunds & date change policy

​Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

All sales for workshops and custom-made or bespoke items are final. We do not offer refunds once an order or booking has been confirmed.

Workshops

  • Due to the limited spaces available and preparation involved, all workshop bookings are non-refundable.

  • If we need to reschedule a workshop, we will provide at least 3 days’ notice (72 hours) prior to the original date. In such cases, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in writing no later than 24 hours before the new date.

  • Refunds will only be issued if a workshop is cancelled and not rescheduled.
     

Custom-Made or Bespoke Orders

  • Custom-made pieces are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged once the order has been placed.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a suitable resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion).
