Hire Cancellations Policy
A full refund is applicable for hire pieces cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrangement of delivery. Cancellations received after delivery arrangements have been made will incur an admin fee. Refunds are not applicable once the hire piece has been received by the client. In the event of a cancellation, please send an email to the team at info@simon-hartman.com.
